Shortly after I wrote this post about how Digg’s new Diggbar tool jacks link juice to your site by wrapping your page in a noindex frameset, Matt Cutts mentioned on Twitter that he thought a noindex page with a link on it would still pass juice. We’ve tested that before, but never found any evidence that juice is actually passed.  Not wanting to doubt Matt’s word, I figured it would be a good idea to test it again.

This particular page is not included in any navigation from this site.  At the time this page was published, the only link pointing to it was a PR5 page using this a Diggbar Framed URL:
