As a Home Inspector it is important to have a big web presence and it amazes me when Real Estate agents skip this. I would be really interested in any program to promote this. Years ago we contemplated putting together an open mls system, but decided to pursue other projects instead - too much of a learning curve for agents when it comes to "real" SEO. I agree that the space is largely underserved (you should be able to kill it with your background.)
