We also had an absolutely horrible experience with Travelocity. They changed our returning flight- we had to call to complain that we couldn't take more time off work and spend more on the hotel, so they changed it back- after hours of issues. Then when we went to do an online check in to our outgoing flight- they didn't have our reservation. After even more hours on the phone, they got us out on a different flight. But it was only a few hours before it left. Then, when we were ready to come home- we called Air Tran to check in, they had us on one flight- and when I called TRavelocity to confirm, they had us on a completely different flight. All of this- not once did they offer to upgrade for free or give us a partial refund. Also- they LOVE to pass the buck- the commercials lie- you'll have to it all yourself if there's a problem. You don't save that much money for the hassle- book your trips yourself!!!
